Money committed in the 10X Push will be used to follow the call of God to expand the territories he gives us. We have identified four specific territories for investment that have the potential to spark an awakening over the next 10 years.
From the earliest days of Crossroads, God pushed our community to pursue and advance his Kingdom in both our local communities, and in some of the darkest places on Earth. It’s possible God has grown Crossroads as large as he has solely so we can do this work well. We invest millions in our ReachOut work every year, at a 2:1 ratio of local investment to international investment. This money allows us to serve hundreds of thousands of people in the cities where we live and across the globe. Some projects are fairly new, while others, like Thanksgiving Food Drive and our anti-trafficking work in Nepal/India, go back almost two decades. In addition, almost 1,000 people from our community will go on a GO trip this year. And, through Compassion International, people in our church have sponsored over 15,000 children in Latin America. We believe it’s our job to care for those who hurt, and we will always take his call seriously. To that end, we have three projects where we believe God has us ready to advance from the beachhead we currently have, to true breakthrough. We already serve around 90,000 people per year through our current work in the following areas. With this new work, that will expand to 5 million people served every year. That sounds like a real move of God!
No one said taking on an evil as dark as human trafficking was going to be easy. But for the past 19 years, God has called us to be part of the solution. As a part of this Push, we’re taking another huge step in bringing healing and hope. We are 10Xing our impact.
Over 10,000 Nepalese girls are trafficked each year, many to brothels in India. Alongside our partner in Nepal, we are building a state-of-the-art aftercare campus (bigger than our Oakley campus) that will provide housing and support for hundreds of children who have been rescued from the hands of sex traffickers, or are at extreme risk of being trafficked. Additionally, this will include the building of a school, and expansion of another school (founded and run by a formerly trafficked woman who was rescued through our work) that will provide new jobs in the community and educate nearly 500 kids per year who otherwise would be at risk of being trafficked. We have already purchased the land. Now it’s time to take the biggest swing we have ever taken towards addressing this problem.
ANTI-TRAFFICKING HOME SPECS
Jesus commanded us to visit the prisoner (Matt 25:36). We’re currently offering services in seven of Ohio’s prisons, and the state would love for us to be in every facility. And, through our strong connections in the prison system, we believe we can offer Crossroads’ services in EVERY PRISON IN AMERICA. Working alongside our prison ministry partner, we’ll work to bring Crossroads each week to over 1.5 million inmates around the country.
In addition, we will launch a first-of-its-kind, innovative app platform aimed to streamline the process of re-entry by helping released individuals access crucial resources, starting with Crossroads services and support, and expanding to job, housing, and education opportunities. Over the next decade, thousands of individuals will be helped through this platform to stay out of prison following their release.

Millions of individuals in Latin America are forced to flee their homes each year due to increasing crime and poverty rates. They head to the United States in search of a dream that, for many, may not be attainable. We believe God has called us to help those in need in Latin America by investing in tangible change back in their home countries—helping to ensure home is a place they are never forced to leave in the first place. Our community already sponsors thousands of children in Nicaragua and Guatemala, but we intend to go further. We will work with our existing partners to build a CityLink-inspired Youth Center in Nicaragua, and to launch a powerful digital curriculum in Guatemala that can help increase teenagers’ likelihood of graduating by over 30%. These relationships and projects can help bring real change for our southern neighbors.
